I'll start the ball rolling with this one:

Hubris- –noun excessive pride or self-confidence; arrogance.

All Qantas staff/customers and indeed shareholders please feel free to contribute.

Perhaps when the list is exhaustive enough we could have it tabled at the next board meeting.
