I see that EVA has reposted their job ad for relief captains on Climbto350. A few questions for those in the know.

1)What are the working conditions / pay scales at EVA.

2)What is the expat community like in Taiwan.

3)Any opinions on why they would have to repost the ad (are they a good company to work for).

It´s the person to sit in the left seat during cruise, when the CP is resting. (Like SO to FO)
It´s not a CP but gets paid more than an FO.
