Just a quick question for instructors in Australia. Is there an equivalent to the FAA's, CFII rating in Australia? (the CFII rating allows you to instruct instrument flying)

Yes. Instrument training approval is seperate, just like the II.

Or it's included automatically if you are a Grade 1 instructor with a current Command Instrument Rating.
