Hey how are you guys? I was on the approach to runway 9 at MIA ahead of the Avianca A320 from Cali and the PNF sounded like an american national(Heavy American accent)Wondering if they are hiring foreigners to fly their bus equipment or if the guy was checking someone out? Someone shed some light also on the hiring situation at Avianca.....Thanks
