In about 2008 CASA have announced their intension to introduce a much more extensive and expensive licence conversion process. This will involve extra exams, and two flight tests for the ATPL (currently one). If you are considering converting your current licence to an Australian equivalent, you are strongly advised to start this process as soon as possible.
Anyone know what the changes are, or references to what is propposed, and when?
