G'day Guys,

Ive got my CPL flight text coming up and would like to know if anybody knows of an arrow or something similar, maybe C182 that is for hire out of Bankstown? Just putting the feelers out as Ive heard recently that schofields has two arrows in the shop and i dont want to get stuck without a aircraft for the cpl....

thanks everyone

Dont know about BK but Curtis Aviation at Camden has some C182's.

Schoies also have a C182 available, but if booked, should not have trouble getting a hold of an Arrow. Probably the easiest place at Bankstown to get one unless you personally know an aircraft owner.

Do Arrows have constant speed prop? If I recall,CPL tests need to be flown on a machine with constant speed.

Schofields have a nice C182-MIG, I recently completed my CPL flight test in this aircraft which is well looked after and flies well, I find the 182 to be a much nicer aircraft to fly than the Arrow.(pesonal preference) If you do decide to use the 182 for your test then make sure that you do a few flights in it before taking on the test. Best of luck with the exam.
