With open skies between Australia, Europe, the USA and Australia; it looks like the 50 B787-900's the ' big white rat' has on order will breathe new life into Australia's oldest airline. :uhoh:

Wow. I didn't see this but this puts Paris firmly back into the picture. Airport manager Paris has always maintained that he could sell a daily service into CDG but we couldn't get the numbers from the Frogs to do it. Greece was much the same- are they part of the EU?- so they may be looking good too. Of course J* may pick up the Greece and Rome flying.

Flyingblind,

?????

Are you asking where the EU is? And whether it has legal capacity to make international agreements?

Now that the EU knows where Australia is, even if some Pruners don’t know what EU Open Skies means - Skippy's lot in life is about to get much more interesting given that the Roo's Numbers Man has proclaimed:

"Qantas open to merger talk"

Wonder why APA sceptic Andrew Scission has recently lifted his holdings in Qantas?

Perhaps he's just averaging down the price of his holdings?

Na!
