I have just passed stage 1 CX and am off to Hong Kong stage 2 shortly.
Preparation is the key and lots of it. They want you to be able to technically discuss a subject so do your research!!!!

I read many threads about CX recruit process, but... reading your post, it's seems to be easier than others.
Any other info will be appreciated.
Are you European? Where did you go for this first interview? Did you study on HTBJ? Any others books? ...
