Alliance T & C Info Please

I am looking for a copy of the current Alliance contract or any other info re recruiting process, salaries and T &C that anyone may have.
Please post here or PM me if you can help.
Several searches here yielded only a couple of 12-18mo old threads re expansion taking place at that time but nothing I was looking for.

Current F100 FO wages $66,575, from Sep 08 $69,238.
Current F100 Capt wages $105,040 from Sep 08 $109,242.

F50 don't know, have heard FO's low 50's and Capts Mid 70's.

2 year bond if you don't have a rating.

I heard from a good mate of mine who is ex Rex that the recruiting process includes. Interview, psych test and a sim ride. They are also going for guys who have degrees. Looks like this degree business is catching on.
