For starters , Check out http://www.flightjobs.co.uk/ and do a search for Flight Dispatch. Touch and Maximus are looking for Dispatchers.

Also try Google and UAE airline websites.

okies done that, been these, been doing that..... and i have applied for most of them. I guess the problem is most of them need experiance and i have none. As a fresher i dont know how to get into the door, i have been knocking for a while now.
So i guess my question is with the following qualifacations:
Bach in Aviation Administration fron USA
Flight Dis Lisc from IFOD, Dallas TX
6 months internship in flight ops at an FBO

How do i get a job in UAE?!

You definitely need your GCAA dispatcher license to get a dispatcher job in the UAE. Without it, forget it. Your FAA on its own will not be enough as there are many qualified GCAA holders already in the UAE. It is my understanding that companies in the UAE have a pick from the graduates from Emirates. They are unlikely to hire someone with no experience who doesn't live in the UAE. They don't want to pay relocation fees etc.

I think that as a career choice, you're better off staying in the US for a dispatcher job. It pays more, and you'll get better job satisfaction, as a dispatcher job in the US is more relevant to the operation than in the UAE.
Right now it might be hard to get one, but once the economy start to pick up again I would go for that.

A major consideration is that a dispatcher position with Emirates for example, does not provide housing, only a housing allowance. And with the rents as they are in Dubai, you'll be tapping into your not-so-good salary in order to pay the rent on your 1 bedroom apartment in an area that's not too hot.

Not sure if other carriers offer better conditions to dispatchers or not. Good luck.
