Heard that AI returned to OAKB after t/o with a engine shut down?
Any news?

It was Indian Airlines A320 VT-EYD.
It's sitting on the ramp at OAKB.
Have inspected the damage looks like the inside lining of the engine intake has shredded in old age and extremely poor maintenance. Has then go thru the engine and badly damaged it.
Looks the other engine is heading the same way.
Have some nice photo's of the damage but don't now how to upload to pprune.
