MAS pilot situation

Any information regarding the pilot situation in MAS will be highly appreciated. I suspect you have a surplus?

Short of Co pilots in almost all fleets.Capt pairing up(rostered to do this).Why?U think of joining MAS.Or u r already in there as your name suggest.
If u r out there, then don't bother applying as MAS will be trimming pilots when they start trimming flights and aircrafts.Last in first out especially those locals who join under contract.Yes,under contract if u don't already know.
