flying in the far east

Hey there,. .I am A german with 1100 total and faa CPL/IFR/MEL. .I know that is very low, but I need a chance to build up some time. Cessna a/c will do fine, my. .main objective is flying anywhere, where u do not get shot at.. .How about Laos,Vietnam or Indonesia ???
