Job App Questions

I am trying to fill out a job app for an HK based airline and I am unfamiliar with a few terms.

What is a group I/II aircraft?
What is a performance category A aircraft?

Did not find these terms defined elsewhere. I am aware that they are mirrored in JAA/CAA regs but cannot find them. Help is appreciated, many thanks!

If it applies to you a pilot, fill it in. If your a zero-hour (no experience) then leave it blank. Hope that helps.
