Legacy 600 salaries in Europe

Just qurious what is the going rate for Captains with the (AOC) operators flying EMB Legacy 600's around and any ideas what kind of salary is being offered for Captains elsewhere with PVT operators.
What kind of rotation patterns, basically the whole shabang is what I am interested

I have been out of private and exec flying for a while and now the opportunity is to return to that sector and I need the info not to sell myself cheap.

In the UK LEA,Twinjet ,Tag and one private owner operate Legacy - my employer, the largest by far pay Captains just around £58K plus quite a lot of flight pay with a proper roster+Pension soon. No idea how much the others pay.

How is the flight pay and how much does that add. Do you have a per diem in addition and what kind of rotation does the company allow. Say 2 weeks on 2 off. Or NJE type scheme?
