Just had a Phase 49 Inspection done (Eddy Current Skin Joint Inspection) and it was done by only one technician away from our home base and also the maintenance facility, we were given no inspector sign off or release to flight. Can someone tell me if this job should have been signed off by an inspector after the check, the Cessna maintenance manual shows boxes for Mech and INSP signatures.
