Hi, I'd like to find out where to sign up to do aviation related degrees and what are the available courses. and if there're any place in Malaysia to do these degrees..

I know Massey University in NZ and Flinder's University in Australia offer aviation degrees.
Check the internet, my guess there might be other universities which offer aviation degrees.

A Bachelor Degree is a University Diploma.
Plenty of Universities are delivering Aviation Bachelor Degrees.
In some of them, a Pilot Training is embedded in the 4 years of a Bachelor Degrees.
Flight Training Organisations are preparing to a Licence. As per the Convention of Chicago (1944), Pilots are required to possess a Licence which is under control of the Civil Aviation Authority itself member of ICAO, body placed under United Nations. If no Licence, a pilot cannot fly from one country to another one.
Which means that you can have an FTO embedded in a University or an agreement between a FTO an a University.
