Any info yet on what A330-200 is coming from XL France to carry out the MAN - SFB flights on behalf of Travel City Direct?

As it is due to start operations on 1st May, presumably it will arrive some time in advance of this?

Is it correct that whilst it will be operated by British flight crew the cabin crew are XL Frances stewardesses?

Hello Everyone,

I travel to Florida quite a bit with Travel City and although I will be alone here I miss the 747's that flew as the sunshine first was really good.

I now see that TCD are using XL branded planes and I am wanting to book flights for February 2009 but want XL One seating. However it is not available at the moment. After many calls to TCD they cannot give me a straight answer if XL One is being offered for Feb 09.

Does anybody here know if it is likely to be offered or not?

Any info on the Man-SFB route is very much appreciated.

F-GSEU is the XLF a/c being leased to XLA to operate the MAN-SFB flights. However this has been delayed due to unforseen problems with US approvals therefore Iberworld A330-300 EC-JHP will now operate this flight until 6th June. Operating with 9 IWD and 4 XLA crew.

The LGW-SFB flights from 1-18 May will tech stop in Gander as is being operated on 767-200 G-BOPB.
