Does anyone know if the bank runs out of Adelaide are still running? If so who has the contract?

Yes they are and G.A.M / Stewart Aviation still has the Toll contract.

Depends how desperate they are! A few months back when they really needed drivers (and if you knew someone already in) it was more like 1000TT and 100multi.

Would I be correct in thinking that there are no first multi jobs in South Australia? (Other than paying to become a multi-instructor at FTA)

Pretty much. Not a wide range of operators here because of a very small market. (There are only 2 piston twin charter operators if you exclude the single aircraft/owner flown ones).
Most of SA's population is within easy driving distance of Adelaide, unlike WA or NT or Qld. These days though 100hrs multi would see you in with a pretty good chance with the few operators that are here.
