No - not for us. In today's SCMP, prisoners have received a 10% pay rise to counter inflation.

Prisoners may rebel, the pilots definitely not, hence your 3%. Live with it or go to prison if you want a higher percentage.
Tell us why we need to give a pay rise? We will with the help of your AOA continue to erode your Conditions of Service.
