Same video now on Channel 9 news here (Australia) with some 'over-eager' reporting, but also with some facts:

A Boeing airliner operated by All Nippon Airways (ANA) has made a spectacular emergency landing in Japan overnight.
The jet sent out a stream of sparks before screeching to a stop after it was forced to turn back minutes after take-off due to mechanical problems.

None of the 141 passengers and eight crew members were injured in the incident involving the Boeing-767 in Fukuoka on the southwestern island of Kyushu, the Japanese airline said.
http://ninemsn.com.au/9msnshared/images/space.gifThe plane departed for Okinawa but was forced to turn back after a warning message that the landing gear was not properly stored, said an ANA spokesman.
Once the plane landed, a thick trail of golden sparks flew out of its main landing gear.
"We are investigating the cause of the incident," the spokesman said.

Actually, it's Fukuoka, which has the unfortunate albeit humorous airport ID of FUK and is where my in-laws live.

Looks like the torque arm is loose for the rear bogey wheels.
That'll probably affect the tilt switch which should stop the undercarriage from being able to retract.(saves damaging the area around the wheel bay!)
