Does anybody know the requirements for MEA? What are their hiring trends.

I have a Lebanese Passport but do not speak fluent Arabic....actually I don't even speak broken arabic :-)

I got a reply from MEA about 9 months ago.
They did not anticipate any hiring " in the near future".
