SAX policy and agreement with union to upgrade F/O's in company first. Q400 pilot's the senior's in the Dash pool. Money not that good and your life not safe in SA. Go somewhere where you can rather earn decent money.

not too sure if any of Q400 blokes are even based in C.T? I am guessing that is RJ200 jet turf...
CT is great but Gauteng may not suit your living habbits, I am referring to your "open door" policies back home!
