Oh, here we go! THATS what it's really about.......
"The MoD has failed to meet most of its targets relating to people from ethnic minorities. The Committee is interested in hearing about the factors which affect the recruitment and retention of people from ethnic minorities. In replying you may wish to consider issues like the culture of the Armed Forces."
..or maybe I'd just like to consider what I actually think rather than the usual politically correct twaddle you want to hear!
