LORs for CX DEFO Interview

Should I bring some or not? It doesn't say anywhere that you do need them, but they are mentioned in PFYCPI by CPT X,Y & Z

I just had my first interview, and didn't bring any. I was told by a current FO that "they're not really done here". That being said, if I get invited to the second interview, I'll be bringing some.

it can't hurt but no you don't really need 'em. CX actually interviews based on experience and accomplishments and not the typical 'good 'ole boys club'.

I was told "We don't really care what others think about you", we will make our own determinations. Ouch. Still got the job!
