Logging of sim time

Am interested to know if one can log sim time used as part of an sim ride check as part of recruitment process? Looked at CASA regs but couldn't find anything to say you couldn't

Depends... are you endorsed on type or undergoing dual training (was the sim operator an instructor endorsed on type?)
