Hi All
I went to De Havilland Aircraft Heritage Center yesterday and noticed the prototype mosquito.
Shame to see its not in great condition BUT it is being restored.
For people that do not know or have not visited this museum, there are other aircraft and design models (some interesting designs).
Even a Horsa Glider fuselage and restored De Havilland Heron etc.
It is however a great shame that this countries aviation history tends to be shut away and not easily accessible.
I did not know about this museum until last year (just after it closed for the winter).
Just thought i'd share details with you all on a great museum and hope it only gets more popular over time.
