I'm trying to get out of FLL tomorrow on standly tickets and all flights look full. Does anyone know if either of the above allow flightdeck jumpseats? I have both FAA and JAA ATPL certs with A320 rating and my (UK sched/charter - Capt. A320) company ID.

Thanks,

To have access to a cockpit jumpseat, I believe you would need to be employed at a company that participates in CASS (you can see an example of the list at http://www.wikiair.com/wiki/Cockpit_Access_Security_System ) but all you can do is ask at the gate! Wish I had a more positive reply for you.

They do offer jumpseats but not to you. You will need a pilot ID issued by an FAA part 121/135 airline.
