Is there any chance that the management of the British Track Cycling team be convinced to take on the management of the whole Olympic team.

Excellent international results over the past couple of years, being continued at the moment in Mancester.

Not a Cyclist.

I think they would help stabilize the team...

Better still, since the Olympic team will be travelling to Beijing as guests of BA, perhaps the BTC could take over management of LHR T5? Otherwise they will all arrive without their uniforms and equipment.

The rowers and the sailors have done well in past years as well. Quite why we bother sending so many swimmers and most of the track/field athletes is beyond me.
