Just a quick one on stage 2 of CTC. Went for the assessment during the week and can now say that there is now NO verbal reasoning test, only the numerical reasoning test. Aptitude tests are as has been previously explained on these forums (http://www.pprune.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2733121&postcount=950) - This link is very conclusive, bar the addition that the counting exercise does not exist on its own, only with the deviation indicator.
Advice:
- Read the instructions carefully and very slowly, you are not timed for that section.
- Learn how to long divide by decimals, ie. 45276389 / 3.2
- Buy this book, its fantastic for the numerical reasoning test: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Numerical-Reasoning-Tests-Step-step/dp/0749447966/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1206620236&sr=8-1
