hi
i m 29yrs old and thinking of starting my Pilot course end of this year. I have spoken to few pilots and they said it shouldnt think of doing it now. As i will be 30yrs old when i start my course and it will take minimum one year to finish it. Then i have to do hour building. So by the time i get ready for the job, i will be 32. And airline companies would prefer to have younger pilot than older with same experience. Plus competition in avaition is increasing day by day. Its not easy to get job these days.
I am in dilemma and not sure what to do. Can anybody guide me about this.
thanx

it was my dream to become a pilot. but my family couldnt afford it so i had to work to save some money. but if after completing the course, i dont get job. then i dont see myself spending 60k on it.
