Hi folks, I just compleated the qantas Psychometric Test and scored 28/32 (87.5%). Could someone please tell me how good a score this is- and what are airlines/ training organisations usually looking for?

They practice psych test on the site is a very short version of the real deal.Obviously if you find that you are doing well on the different parts of the leaflet then it's a sign that you should do alrite on the full test.Make sure you stick to the times that are given per question.For example you get 2 mins for 3 questions on 1 section and then I think you either move on to the next question/part or lose marks if you go over the time limit.

It's a huge worry if you can't even spell the airlines name correctly, personally if I was in HR, that would be your lot straight away!!

And how exactly did you find out you scored 87.5% ???
Do airlines now provide feedback as to the selection process.
