Way to apply to Ryanair being a Jar 25 experienced FO

Hello everybody,

I actually have 2000 hrs TT of which more than 1500 are on ATR 42/72. I would like to know which way should I use to apply for Ryanair? Should I go to a Cadet Open Day or instead of that apply directly via CAE/SAS?

Although the best thing to do would be to call Ryanair themselves ;)
