Iberia

Hello everybody,

I would like to compare my working environments with my colleagues from these 4 major european companies.
Here are some of the facts that I'm looking for:
If you fly only short to medium range (basically Europe & some countries in Africa), how many hours do you fly per month. How many flights per day? If you fly long haul, how many flights per month? Can you fly east (Singapor) & then west (washington)?
Also, what is included in your salary? Before each flight, I assume who attend a briefing. Are you paid for this? What kind of benefits do you have working for BA, LH, etc...?
When you enter one of these companies, what is your salary? Do you have to pay for your training? Uniform?
If you are ill for a couple of days, what will happen? If it's longer or permanent, what next?
Retirement: when is it for you? Who will pay for it?

I hope that with this thread, we will be able to, if it's possible (different countries with different laws with different currencies), see the differences of similarities between these companies.

Thank you

eric
