I really don't know what to say here.....the comments at the bottom of the piece do make me wonder however if the divorce included a section of "from reality".....lets face it, a mere £35k pa and the sheer anguish of travelling with the great unwashed.....like me for example.....my heart goes out to the poor girl it really does

The stupid bint was whingeing because despite the millions she received, the daughters' allowance is 'only' £35k a year. This is why she is now bleating on about beatrice having to fly 'b' class (her words) instead of 'a' class like her dad.

Now I may be old fashioned; but don't parents usually pay for their kids travel... or are the millions she is getting not enough to cover the cost of her childs travel after she has bought herself handbags and shoe(s)?

How will she cope with only £24.3 million to her name, the poor mite. She's spent £500K already, worrying about it all.

Gosh, is he ever well rid of that one? :D

Is she is still upset about it being in the media? If so, no doubt we'll hear all about it soon, whether we want to or not. :ugh:

Paul McCartney has my full respect after this episode and appears to be a real gentleman. He made a generous offer which was turned down.

We should also remember that he suffered the loss of his first wife Linda - I hope he comes up trumps again in the future. As one who grew up in the 1960s he and the other Beatles were very much part of my formative teenage years!

When that news first came out I thought he was pulling her leg, just after she got it over.

But I soon realized that, that WOODEN do.:)

No doubt the first thing she will do to celebrate will be to get LEGLESS.

Just as an aside, the performance as viewed on the News, was, well "in a class of it's own".....presumably the reason ITN decided to lead with it..iin contrast to the other minor events in the world such as Tibet and the little matter of a US Bank going splat....and the effects over here....and Lord Grade wonders why ITV is in the sh£$e ?. :ugh:

I mis-read the Beeb report at first - "surrounded by a media scrum" - I thought it said "media scum"!

What is the matter with these people that this is considered so newsworthy? The finest thing they could do is to relegate the greedy arrogant bitch to one column inch on the back page.

Well the chap is rumored to be very very tight fisted,so she will have the satisfaction of knowing this is causing him grief.
I recall someone being interviewed a few years ago about a music video they produced in which Paul had a few second guest appearance and at the end of the session he demanded the standard 14 quid extra's fee.
Well to be fair it was a few years ago and he was prolly only worth 600 million then.

Closely followed by the barrister taking her back to court or having her nailed in some way?

Love the way Mucca keeps on and on about her charities, apparently she has only been close to one and they haven't seen hide nor hair for ages!

Can't see Paul's lawyer lady sinking as low as Mucca, I doubt she would want to give her the satisfaction of the publicity a court case would inevitably generate for Mucca.

Dan D'Air - brilliant!!

Whilst I concur with the sentiments expressed in the posts here I have a very uncomfortable feeling that at the heart of this is a very young girl, Beatrice, who's life is going to be poisoned by a mother who feels so embittered about her father. Notwithstanding the millions and the daughters allowance (no-one has mentioned that the £35k is plus school fees and nanny costs) what a shame the Judge did not have the ability to change the parental arrangements and move the young girl from a menatally challenged mother to a stable and loving father.
Oh, how Macca should have listened to his children 4 years ago - they saw straight through pegleg.

My thoughts are with a small young girl who is going to become the ping pong bat her mother will useto make Macca's life as difficult as possible.

Judge Hugh Bennett on his ruling, Pegleg's claim "is and was unreasonable, indeed exorbitant" and that her evidence was "not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness."

Way to go Hugh!!

The only person who is convinced by the pathetic carrying-on of this woman appears to be Heather herself. Talk about wrapped up in her own little world! Still, by continually going on TV/Radio/etc for a rant, she leaves no-one in any doubt as to her true motives. What a horrible woman – how Paul fell for her in the first place is simply beyond me. From Sect. 75 of the ruling:

The husband, in my judgment, gave compelling evidence
that no-one tells the wife what to do. This accords with his written evidence that the
wife is very strong willed. Indeed watching the wife give evidence and present her
case she came across to me as strong willed and very determined.
