Does anyone have any info on where one can get a command endorsement on a B1900, any contacts would be greatly appreciated.

Flight Safety International is one. Check out www.jetcareers.com (http://www.jetcareers.com) it's a US based website and ask the same question on there bullitin board... you should get plenty of responses.
