About 10 percent of city employees at Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport have criminal records, including felonies such as drug dealing, weapons violations and forgery, a Journal-Constitution analysis shows.. . . .The city employs 372 people at Hartsfield, and many have security clearance that allows them into sensitive areas, including taxiways, runways, airplane ramps and baggage- and cargo-processing areas.

The charges ranged from misdemeanors such as drunken driving and shoplifting to felonies such as aggravated assault, defrauding the state and child molestation.
