I am taking the family to NYC next week. What so of cabin service can I expect??

(We flew with a solvent Maxjet last summer which was really good fun)

Hi Hombre,
I'm glad you appreciated the Maxjet service.
The Silver Service we provide is unlike the majority of airlines out there. Our lounge facilities in Luton do not have check in desks or queues. (Our staff will check you in and return with your boarding pass while you enjoy the refreshments, complimentary wi-fi, our library amongst other things...) We will notify you when boarding has begun, but you can board the aircraft when you are ready, through our own private security channel, and be taken directly to your Silverjet by one of our own private coaches...
Once onboard your personal crew member will introduce themselves to you, and take care of your requirements throughout the flight. Our service has been partly designed by Le Caprice restaurant in mayfair (the sister restaurant to the Ivy Hotel), with their chefs choosing the menu on board.
You will have your own personal inflight entertainment system, with which you can watch and listen to what you want, when you want.
The cabin crew on board have been selected for their wealth of customer service experience and dedication. They will aim to ensure you will gain everything you want to out of your Sivilised experience.
On arrival in Newark, we will invite you to visit our Silver lounge whilst you await your onward transfer. If you have booked our chauffer service, your driver will meet you there.
Further details can be found on our website.
I hope this is of some help.

Warmest Regards, and enjoy your flight...

BoB
