I originally posted this in Wanabee's, but I'm sure this is a better place for it. This is my predicament. I hold a JAR PPL, and also an FAA one. I have nearly 100 hours and want to do some serious hour building in a taildragger.

What I need is a school which can do a conversion and is dead cheap. I want to be flying a bit of a cheap old wreck for 50 hours(ideally around Arizona or Nevada). Anyone come across one of these on their travels across the pond ??

Andover Flight academy in New Jersey has Cubs and a conversion course, as well as a bush flying course.

I don't have the number handy, but they are listed in information. Andover, NJ area code 973 is all I got off the top of my head.
