Our company is currently looking at the 328 Jet and I am just after some feedback from operators of the 328Jet and not the crap from the company produced brochures.

How has the customer support been from Fairchild Dornier? I've read that they seem to lack here.

How reliable have the aircraft been?

What do passengers think of the aircraft (it being the smallest of the RJ's)?

What is the normal cruise speed and fuel flow? Dornier seems to quote only HSC and a block fuel figure.

The info I have quote a take-off field length of 1382m at MTOW. What weight/pax if any could be carried out of a 1000m runway with about 1 1/2 - 2 hours fuel.

Thanks in advance
