Does anyone know if there is anyone that can revalidate ICAO IR in the UK. This is to undertake the JAA IR conversion course, before you can undertake the JAA conversion one has to be current when applying. If not then it is either pay for a complete course or return to the country of validation for re-currency.

That'll depend on the ICAO state in question. The UK is an ICAO state, so is the US, Iraq, Cambodia and Micronesia.

The tricky bit will be to find an examiner to do it for you, depending again on where your licencing authority is based. Let us know and we can try to point you in the right direction.

Many thanks IP for your comments, I have a New Zealand license and I currently in the UK completing the JAA ATPL papers followed by the conversions and since coming over to study my New Zealand IR has lapsed hence trying to find someone here in the UK or Europe that can revalidate me.

Cheers
