Anybody had or have these little things? What effect did it have on your license or medical?

All depends on where you've got them I guess! ;) But they are commonly EYE conditions.

Pterygium.
I have one in one eye, but it not affecting my vision as yet. General advice seems to be to leave them alone if at all possible.
My dad had some taken out, and they immediately grew back.

I have Pterygia in both eyes. They are not across my field of vision. I have had no issues with them with Class 2 or Class 1 medical.
After reading the Wilkipedia defintion of Pinguecula I think I may have that too, but it has never been mentioned by eye doctors or optometrists.
