US JOBS / VISAS

SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT & IMMIGRATION ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL NON-US CITIZENS SEEKING TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE UNITED STATES ON A PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY BASIS.

YOUR CHANCE TO GET A GOOD JOB, PLUS A GREEN CARD OR WORK VISA.

Please duplicate this announcement and forward it to everybody you know who would like to work legally in the United States on a permanent or temporary basis.
Please also post some copies on notice boards and on Internet newsgroups, mailing lists and message boards frequently visited by international people. If you or your company or organization would like to become one of the paid agents of the American Immigration by promoting its programs in your neighborhood, home country or anywhere in the world, please email [email protected] and ask for Application for Agency Contract and detailed information. Thank you for your kindness.

The American Immigration Employment Center hereby informs the international public of the problems faced by thousands of US companies who are not able to fill their job vacancies from the US labor market. These US employers or companies are interested in hiring workers who are not US citizens but possess the required skills, education and work experience for the vacant jobs. These US employers are even willing to sponsor you for a Green Card or work visa if you apply and qualify.

Who is eligible to respond? Non-US citizens or permanent residents who are currently residing in the United States or in any other country, and who possess at least two years of work experience in any field or a Bachelors degree. If you dont have the required experience you can show that you have at least a High School Education or equivalent.

What is the role of the American Immigration Employment Center?
The American Immigration Employment Center helps US employers in finding such qualified foreigners to fill their job vacancies. The Center also helps such foreigners in finding US employers willing to sponsor them for a Green Card or Work Visa.

What is the application procedure? Respond to this email and request for an application and detailed information for the DIRECT SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM (DSP). Make sure you provide your name, address and telephone number. The DSP material will be sent to you via postal mail.

What is the DSP? The DSP is a program offered by the American Immigration Agency. The program guarantees you that you will get an approved Work Visa or Green Card petition through sponsorship by a US employer or all your money back. There are four types of DSP: DSP-1 guarantees you an approved Green Card petition in less than one year. DSP-2 guarantees you an approved Green Card petition in less than 2 years. DSP-3 guarantees an approved Green Card petition in less than 3 years. DSP-V guarantees an approved work visa petition (which includes, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, L-1, etc.) in less than 1 year from the time you enroll in the DSP.
For details, email to: [email protected] or [email protected]. Ask for Publication I-202/35176

Are there any fees involved?
Of course there are always fees involved whenever you deal with immigration paperwork. There are filing fees which must be paid to the government at the time of filing your petition or application for visa or Green Card. In addition, there are legal fees and employer search fees. Sometimes, the employer may be willing to cover part or all of the cost. But it will be easier for the employer to be willing to sponsor you for the Green Card or Work Visa if you cover the cost yourself. After all, because of the guarantees of the DSP, you pay only if you get an approved Green Card or Visa Petition. The DSP also makes it easy for you, by allowing you make monthly installment payments for a period of one year. Through the DSP, you have NOTHING TO LOSE. You either get an approved Green Card or Work Visa petition sponsored by a US employer, or you spend no money. The amount of money you will have to spend will depend on the type of DSP you select.

No reputable employment agency in the US charges you a fee. The fees are paid by the employers.

I agree with Bubette.

In order to hire a non-resident alien on a temporary or permanant basis, the company must first prove to the INS that there are no suitable candidates who are either resident aliens (aka Green Card holders) or U.S. citizens. If anything U.S. Immigration will get even tighter.

Sounds like a scam I'm afraid. Best bet for "greencard" sponsorships through an employer at the moment are, I believe, if you are an Intensive Care Nurse.

Also some IT people are getting in, particularly from India.

How can you guys be so dumb. Let's see, the US INS is contracting out their immigration work to an internet company that uses a free hotmail account and a free @mail account, they charge a fee, the more you pay the sooner you get your visa (hahahahahaha), and they claim you have nothing to lose (what about the cash that you send them before you get your visa). I'm now thinking of setting up my own scam. I didn't believe that people were so gullible to even consider that it could be real.

Best way to get a work visa/green card is to chase and marry a yankee girl.
Choose the good one otherwise your life will be a real nightmare.

take care!
