Do any of u guys know if Kuwait Airways will advertise for their Cadet Pilot Program this year???

Hi there. To answer your question, i believe not. As you may know, the airline has been "put on the path to privatization" and as such, all employment into the airline has been suspended, especially if you're Kuwaiti. As i understand it, this has been done so that no new incomers will "take advantage" of any compensation that you may be entitled to as a Kuwaiti under national/ governmental privatization laws.
Moreover, last year the intake to the cadet program was 3 whole batches in the course of 1 year! And the previous year we had 2. That has never happened in our humble little airline before. So that should keep the ab-initio pilots coming in for quite some time.
But you never know. If i hear of any cadet pilot recruitment, and i'm sure i will if there is any, i promise to post another reply here.
