non mi sono chiare alcune cose :
1_ dopo la prima fase hai gia' il type rating?
2_ quante ore sono (settori) fino al line check?
3- "In the event that you will not start your training" - che vor di' , gli devo dare 16200 eur se non faccio nessun training di linea?!?!?!?!

B737-NG Ground Course & Simulator Training

This course will take approximately 8 weeks. It consists of Computer Based Training, Classroom Introduction, Fixed Base Simulator Training, Full Flight Simulator Training and Checking.

Base & Line Training

The line training will be provided by Ryanair from one of their bases, and will take approximately 3 month. It consists of Touch and Go’s and all Training sectors up to the Line Check. In the event that you will not start your training or you will not accept a permanent contract of Ryanair or if you will terminate the contract before 2 years service Ryanair will suffer loss of this costs in the amount of 16.200,00 € or part of that sum. A bank guarantee for this amount will be required.
