Hi there,

Ive looked around a bit, and I know its been covered but I didnt find anythng recent, my q is, How much from your total income is deduced from an average FO salary in the UK, and if you work for a UK operator and live in another EU country can u pay taxes in the latter. Is it applicable for all the airlines in the UK?

Thankyou

But one thing missing, If you live outside the UK and commute to the UK to work for ur airline around 4 times a month( for e.g BA L/H) to fly also out of the uk. Can u pay tax in ur country of residence??

Talk to a tax adviser in the country you live in and make sure you pay your tax somewhere, anywhere, but make sure it's not nowhere! General rule, you pay tax in the country where you derive the majority of your income or where you live for the majority of the year.

Not that simple I'm afraid.

We have been living in a hotel for the last year so address is null and void wrt registering in said EU country for tax purposes.
( no utility bills etc) You will get taxed by GB (bless him) regardless of how long you stay in the country you are operating out of. And if you are operating into the UK from whichever country you are supposedly "residing" in, you get a double shafting!:{

This is going to cost me dearly:ugh::ugh::ugh:
