Directly from fighters into CX FO interview?

Anybody with some experience doing this? How common is it to go directly without any civilian experience? I can imagine the 747-200 sim will be rather challenging since I am not used to all the procedures associated with MCC.

I would like to hear from others who have done it.

Hey

Plenty of pilots have done this and it is no problems. Just attack it like you would anything you have as a fighter pilot and you will be well prepared. MCC is a different world because the dude is sitting right beside you not 9000 feet away, but the idea is the same as working with a wingman.
