car and condo cost in Singapore

I have been offered a position in Singapore, corporate, with up to $5000US for a condo per month, but no:) car or schooling help. Having lived there for 11 years and been away an equal amount of time, could someone give me there best guess car prices for something second hand for a family there. Have already looked up the schools, and they are not cheap either.

Condo is about right at present you dont get much for 5K for a family. However you may have to use some of this for your car. I lease one and it is about S1600 per month.

With respect to schooling the company must provide this as it is very expensive. Typically 18k per year per child on average.

We live in a small condo on East Coast, 3 bedrooms + 1. Present rent 3600,- SGD, which will increase to above 7000,- SGD, if the landlord gets what he wants.
Schoolfee for grade 1-5 is at 19000,- SGD, and for grade 10 is 21950,-, of which you will be reimbursed 16800,- SGD. Several schools are more expensive than this.
