Et al

Have heard on the rumour mill that the A380 may be popping into Brisvegas to test out the functionality of the new gates at the Intl. Terminal. The a/c will be operated by M Rats. Anyone got info that could turn this rumour into fact as of yet??

Cheers

I know that the new aerobridge folk and the safetygate system were installed .......and would not communicate, and we had to perform miracles that some giant techo's from Europe could not solve:E.

I do believe there is some testing to be done on real live aircraft, because as much as made our forklift look like an A380.......our workshop and driveway does not quite replicate the aerodrome!

If the bridge crunches the A380.........it wasn't me!:uhoh:

Geeee I hope the A380's drivers have organized their slot times for arrival! Bet they stuff it up as per the interesting subject elsewhere amongst these pages, ref slot times into YBBN:E

I wonder whether they will create another turb cat for the big beast, maybe BL**DY heavy !:), allow 2 days min for seperation!
