Stay away, far away from this airplane and operation.

Its an accident waiting to happen with a captain with less than 50 hours in type who "knows it all."

M-BIGG? Was M-RBIG already taken?

Those "I have no clue, yet I still know everything better" guys (esp. captains) are really, really dangerous. - Let me guess: he has been appointed by the owner?

"Is this the same 'know it all' captain who we all love to ???"

Not sure who you are referring to, but when we ran into the airplane the guy in the left seat was a real piece of work.

He not know anything about Challengers (said he was a Hawker pilot) yet "is the boss" and lets everyone in the area know it. I pity the people working with him.

Did anyone hear how long it took to get the airplane fixed and out of Tripoli? Assume that its out and flying now?

You are getting very warm with the initials. No idea where he was from before but the plane is/was based at Luton now.

Does anybody know, what caused the in-flight shutdown?

chandlers dad

Loss of oil pressure in one engine.

and do you also know, when it was returned to service? Libya is not the best place to ground an aircraft

Heard that there was a similar incident on a CL605 departing BQH or FAB recently too. Second hand info, but wondered if anyone could confirm this?
